There's a problem when using my credit card. What do I do?

Your bank may decline a transaction for several reasons, including account restrictions, insufficient funds or security checks on online purchases.

If you receive a message such as “Do not honour”, contact your bank for more information. These messages are generated by your bank and displayed during checkout, so Eventfinda cannot confirm the reason for the decline.

You can also call the Eventfinda ticket purchasing hotline on 0800 BUY TIX (289 849) during business hours for help completing your booking. The phone-sale fee will be waived when you are calling because of a payment issue.
