You can permanently delete your Eventfinda account from your account settings.

To delete your account:

1. Log in to Eventfinda.
2. Select My Account in the top-right corner.
3. Open your account page.
4. Select Delete Account under Settings.
5. Enter your password.
6. Tick Yes, I would like to delete my account.
7. Select Delete Account.

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile information, listed events, comments and messages.

If you have previously ticketed an event through Eventfinda, your account may not be eligible for deletion. Contact support@eventfinda.co.nz so the account can be cancelled instead.
