E-tickets are sent to the email address entered when the booking is completed.
If you cannot find them:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Confirm that Eventfinda was the ticketing provider for the event.
- Check any other email addresses you may have used when purchasing.
- Log in to Eventfinda and select My Account in the top-right corner.
- Choose My Orders from the dropdown menu.
- Find the relevant event and select Download tickets & receipt.
It is also worth checking your bank statement to confirm the transaction was completed successfully.
If you were charged by Eventfinda but still cannot locate the order, email support@eventfinda.co.nz with:
- the event name
- the purchaser’s name
- the email address that may have been used
- the order number, if available
If the event is approaching, contact support as soon as possible rather than relying on the door list.
