I can’t find my tickets. What can I do?

E-tickets are sent to the email address entered when the booking is completed.

If you cannot find them:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder.
  2. Confirm that Eventfinda was the ticketing provider for the event.
  3. Check any other email addresses you may have used when purchasing.
  4. Log in to Eventfinda and select My Account in the top-right corner.
  5. Choose My Orders from the dropdown menu.
  6. Find the relevant event and select Download tickets & receipt.

It is also worth checking your bank statement to confirm the transaction was completed successfully.

If you were charged by Eventfinda but still cannot locate the order, email support@eventfinda.co.nz with:

  • the event name
  • the purchaser’s name
  • the email address that may have been used
  • the order number, if available

If the event is approaching, contact support as soon as possible rather than relying on the door list.
