For general questions, contact Eventfinda through the support and help system.

The 0800 BUY TIX hotline is for purchasing tickets only. The phone team may not be able to assist with general enquiries, existing orders or account questions.

For event promoters

If Eventfinda provides ticketing for your event or venue, call 09 365 2342 to speak with your Account Manager.

If your event is not ticketed by Eventfinda, contact us through the support and help system.
