Eventfinda can provide equipment (scanners, box office computers, printers, eftpos machines, printed tickets, etc) for your event to help ensure a positive experience for your ticket buyers at the door or gate.

Please email ticketing@eventfinda.co.nz for details or to check on equipment availability for your event. Scanners must be booked no later than 7 business days before the event. All other equipment must be booked in no later than 10 business days before the event. If requested after this timeframe, an additional fee may be charged if we are able to fulfil the request.

You can also use the free Eventfinda Ticketing app to scan tickets using the app and the camera on your smartphone.

The event will automatically load into the app 5 days before the start of the event to give you a couple of days to have a play around with it.
