Ticket sales cut-off

Unless you set a specific off-sale time, Eventfinda will stop selling tickets one hour before the published start time of the session.

You can change the off-sale time in the Eventfinda Promoter Portal at:

• event level
• session level
• ticket level

Door lists

When the session goes off sale, a door list is emailed to the address used when ticketing was set up.

You can also add other users, such as venue staff, road managers or security staff, so they receive the door list. See the How to add user roles to an event guide for instructions.

The door list includes purchaser names and ticket numbers so tickets can be checked manually at entry.

Scanning tickets

If you prefer to scan tickets electronically, Eventfinda also offers scanning options.
