If you're having difficulty downloading your tickets, the first thing to do is be sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed on your computer. This can be downloaded for free from Adobe by clicking here.

If you have a smartphone, you can pull the tickets up on your phone to scan at the event.

If you do not have a printer (or are experiencing printer problems), we suggest you simply forward the email with your tickets to a friend or your office to print out, or visit a public library to login to your Eventfinda account and print your tickets directly.
