If your event has allocated seating, Eventfinda can build a seating map for you. Please allow at least 1 week for the initial setup.
What you need to send us
To build your seating map accurately, please send through:
- a detailed floor plan
- seating and table layout
- stage position
- emergency exits
- wheelchair spaces, clearly labelled and counted
- ticket types and pricing tiers, for example premium, concession, or general admission
- the price for each seating or ticket tier
What happens next
- Eventfinda will build the seating map based on the information provided.
- We will send the map back to you for review and approval.
- Once approved, the map will be sent to our User Interface Designer to apply the map background.
Changes after approval
If you need any changes after the map has been finalised, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting your Account Manager or emailing ticketing@eventfinda.co.nz.
