Can I watch a virtual event more than once?
This depends on how the event organiser has set up the session.
You may be able to view the content multiple times during the available viewing window. Your ticket code is for your use only and must not be shared with others.
Where do I find the link to watch the virtual event?
After purchasing your ticket:
- Download and open your ticket PDF.
- Select the Watch Video Now link shown on the ticket.
- Return to the event page.
- When the stream is available, select Watch Video Now on the event page.
- Enter the ticket code shown on your ticket.
When will the access option appear?
The Watch Video Now option will appear on the event page when the virtual session is available.
The date and time shown on your ticket will tell you when access is due to begin. Some events may display a countdown before the stream opens.
Where can I find my ticket code?
Your ticket code is printed on your downloaded ticket. It is usually shown as a series of letters and numbers in this format:
XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
Enter this code when prompted on the event page.
How long will I have access?
Access depends on how the event organiser has configured the virtual event. Some streams may only be available at a scheduled time, while others may remain available for a set viewing period.
