Can't Find My Tickets

If you cannot find your tickets but you've checked your bank account and have a charge from Eventfinda, it is likely that the email address you entered was incorrect upon purchase. Please email support@eventfinda.co.nz with the name of the event and the name the tickets were purchased under. If you're unable to get the tickets sent to the correct email in time, the event organisers are given a door list so they'll be able to find your name upon arrival.
