There are three types of fees associated with Eventfinda tickets:

• Booking fee – charged to the customer
• Credit card processing fee – 2.5%, which promoters will typically pass on to the customer. This is the fee that can be selected during the ticketing setup process.
• Promoter service fee – charged to the promoter

All fees are based on the ticket price and apply to tickets sold.

Promoter service fee per ticket

• $0.01–$14.00: $1.00
• $14.01–$19.00: $1.25
• $19.01–$24.00: $1.50
• $24.01–$99.00: $1.75
• $99.01+: 3%

Booking fee per ticket

• $0.01–$14.00: $0
• $14.01–$19.00: $1.20
• $19.01–$24.00: $2.75
• $24.01–$99.00: $3.30
• $99.01+: $3.85

These are the standard fee arrangements applied automatically.

If you need the fees structured differently, for example if you would like the customer to also pay the promoter service fee, email ticketing@eventfinda.co.nz after setting up your event and our team can make the change.
