Log in to the Eventfinda Promoter Portal at any time to manage your event and ticketing.

From the portal, you can:

• view ticket sales in real time
• manage ticket capacity
• add sessions
• change ticket off-sale times
• create promo codes
• download your door list
• send updates through Ticketholder Communications

Before event day, review the Pre-event Checklist and download the free Eventfinda Scan Tickets app. After installing the app, select New Zealand as your country and log in using your Promoter Portal details.

Unless you change the sales cut-off time, ticket sales will remain open until one hour after the listed event start time.

Cancelling or postponing an event

To cancel a session:

1. Log in to the Eventfinda Promoter Portal.
2. Select Manage Ticketing for the event.
3. Find the relevant session.
4. Select Cancel and confirm the cancellation.

If all ticketholders need to be refunded, email ticketing@eventfinda.co.nz so Eventfinda can process the refunds.

To update the event description:

1. Select Edit Details.
2. Update the description with the cancellation or postponement information.
3. Save and submit the changes.
