You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your Eventfinda Connect plan from the Eventfinda Promoter Portal.

Upgrade your plan

1. Log in to the Eventfinda Promoter Portal.
2. Open the Eventfinda Connect plans page.
3. Select the plan you want to upgrade to.
4. Confirm your selection.

Your upgraded plan and its additional features will be available once the change is completed.

Downgrade your plan

To move to a lower plan:

1. Open the Eventfinda Connect plans page.
2. Select the plan you want to move to.
3. Confirm the change.

Your current plan will remain active until the end of your billing period. The new plan and monthly fee will take effect after that date.

If your current event listings use features that are not included in the new plan, such as video content or other premium features, those features may be removed when the downgrade takes effect.

Cancel your paid plan

Select Cancel plan from the Eventfinda Connect plans page.

Cancelling your paid plan will move your account back to the Free plan at the end of your current billing period. The effective date will be shown when you confirm the cancellation.
